Do you work all year long?

Yes we do.  In the Upstate New York area, most independent contractor and small businesses will even turn down jobs during the winter months.  At Cahoon, if you need it done, we will be there.

Cahoon Construction is a company built on relationships and trust.  We like to meet with out clients face to face.

Do you do commercial construction work?

Yes we do.  Our commercial services are descibed on our commercial contracting web pages.  Just follow this link and you will have all the information at your finger tips.

Do you have inroads into financing sources?

We can offer you referrals.  We can work closely with your financial institution or insurance to provide cost estimates.  However, financing is not a channel we specialize in at this time.

What is a "fixed price bid"?

Before every job, we have a signed contract and a statement of work.  As long as the job stays within the statement of work, you will pay, the quoted price, guarenteed.
