Construction:
We can build your next new church building or assemble an addition onto an existing wharehouse.  Cahoon Construction is capable of delivering the best in skills, experience and materials to your job site to get the job done right, done well and done on time.

Demolition:
As a demolition operation, Cahoon Construction can demolish and (more commonly) dismantle buildings and structures varying from single storey blocks, tall chimneys and ware houses to large industrial units such as decommissioned power stations (Hazmat disposal consultants can be contracted with but are not on staff). Demolition can de done in one of three ways: manually (small residential), using heavy plant machinery (commercial) and by use of explosives (not offered by Cahoon). Often, a combination of all three are employed.

Business Site Improvement:
Site Plans. we survey property lines, easements, all existing and proposed structures, paving, accessibility requirements, dimension for setbacks, adjacent streets with improvements, on site fire hydrants, and other non-building structures and make recommendations on how to maximize property value and minimize expense.
Civil Plans. We can consult with you to evaluate all improvements required on public right-of-ways (curb, gutter, sidewalks, driveways, utilities, etc.). And build according to civil plans to include accessibility requirements (Title-24) improvements.  Note: Most civil drawings may include the information for site plan which you may not be aware of and hidden in those plans may be a solution or a way out of your current land use mandates.
Utility Plans. We work with landscape and irrigation plans to keep you in compliance with all local, county, state and federal land use and utility requirements. Note: We can help you comply with ordinances where applicable.
Site Electrical Plans. We can assist you with improving site electrical plans to ensure that required upgrades comply with code.  We provide all documentation for insurance companies to evaluate code compliance.
Specs and Details for all standard facility improvement plans.  We ensure you not only meet code, but you are impressed with the quality of workmanship as well.
